• Turn your garment inside out (once fabric has been sewn up) and machine wash on a gentle cycle up to 30°C
• Speed up the drying process by laying it flat in a well-ventilated place. Keep it away from the tumble-dryer.
• A cool iron (no steam or spray) will deal with wrinkles that you may have but in general shouldn't need ironing
• Do not tumble dry
• Please allow up to 10% shrinkage for all fabrics to be on the safe side. For all fabrics wash before making up in the same manner as would with subsequent washes (including drying methods).
• If you are in any doubt about care instructions please always test a sample first to find the most suitable way to wash your chosen fabrics, as we cannot accept liability for fabrics washed or treated incorrectly.
• Whilst every effort is made, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see on our screen are accurate because every screen is calibrated differently and settings are set differently.
• All sizes and measurement for fabrics washed or treated are approximate.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Please inspect your products upon arrival as we cannot process any claims of flawed fabric once the fabric has been used in any way.

 

1) We can ONLY accept returns of unused, unwashed, uncut fabrics.

 

2) We can ONLY accept returns of fabrics within 30 days from the receipt of an order.

 

3) The return postage cost is responsibility of the buyer.

 

4) We can only refund the cost of the fabric, not the delivery cost.

 

5) Once we receive the return we will issue refund to the same payment method used to pay for your order within 2 working days.

 

6) We reserve the right to process refunds for items which are out of stock. Stock levels are usually correct however human error may occur and stock levels may be incorrect. We will always be happy to process a refund for any items which we cannot provide.

Fabrics are all hand cut. This will be in continuous lengths if you order multiple meters of the same fabric, unless specified otherwise. For example 2 x 1 meter = 2 meters continuous length of fabric.
